Leeds Museums and Galleries and Leeds2023 present: Engineery

A brand new exhibition at Leeds Industrial Museum that explores how engineering shapes the world around us. Engineering is everywhere: from lighthouses to space shuttles to the infrastructure that makes our cities tick. Join us as we celebrate the 300th anniversary of Leeds engineering legend John Smeaton.

As part of the exhibition, the Young Smeatonians will explore civil engineering in our lives, from our historic monuments to our earliest childhood toys. Through this, they will discuss challenging questions about the impact of engineering on both people and the environment.
